From L to R - Jacqueline, Neely, Blu, Julie, Gie Gie, Piaf
Jacqueline
2 coats with touch-ups
I'm not normally into nudes, but this cream crème (cream colored crème polish =P) is super pretty! It has a slight shimmer in the bottle, but it didn't quite translate onto the nail. It strikes me as a very soft, elegant color that would work for many skin types! Its formula was awesome, too...really smooth application and opaque in just a couple coats! Hooray!
Neely
2 coats
This slightly dusty mint crème is so beautiful! I'm going to have to whip up a vintage nail look to use this bad boy with...imagine the possibilities =]! Neely's formula is amazing, no complaints here! I'm loving it!
Blu
2 coats with touch-ups
Awwww! Isn't it cuuuuute?! This has got to be the babiest of blues out there, and it's stinkin' adorable! The formula was almost perfect on this one; I had a little trouble with some bald spots. Nothing a few touch-ups can't fix, though =]!
Julie
3 coats
You guys know how much I love my purples...this one has climbed the ranks into one of my favorite purples of all time! How could I not love a pastel purple shimmer? I'm pretty sure Zoya made this one for me...they might as well have named it "Lindsey" =]! The formula is slightly thick on this one, so be sure to take your time and allow plenty of dry time.
Gie Gie
3 coats
Another cutesy one, folks! I was a little skeptical about it at first since I have SO many light pinks, but this one is different than any I own! It has an almost pearlescent sheen that is gorgeous and unique at the same time. Like Julie, be patient with it's slightly thick formula and give yourself more time to dry!
Piaf
2 coats
I'll be honest, this is the one I was least excited for. Yellow-y things scare me unless they're really pastel, but I was pleasantly surprised with Piaf! It still isn't my most favorite polish of all time, but it definitely flatters my skin tone more than I thought it would. The shimmer was a great bonus and made me like it even more =]!
They hit the nail on the head when they decided to name this collection "Lovely" because it ABSOLUTELY is! Go get your Spring color fix over at Zoya.com, they're available now for $8 each. You also might be able to find them at your local Ulta!
Head on over to Zoya's Facebook page and Twitter to be in the know with upcoming trends, collections, and promos!
Have a fantastic day =]!
♥,
Lindsey
